Agora buys internet company Trader.com for $54.4 million

Polish publisher Agora has agreed to buy Internet portal Trader.com for $54.4 million from Turkish media company Hurriyet, the company said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday.
Trader.com runs classified ads websites as well as property and auto advertising magazines, Agora said.
